Media Planning & Performance Manager

Joining the CEE Marketing department, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the planning, development, and execution of regional marketing activities directed towards product and brand. You will be acting as a service for all other departments in terms of media planning and supporting 13 markets.
Joining the CEE Marketing department, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the planning, development, and execution of regional marketing activities directed towards product and brand. You will be acting as a service for all other departments in terms of media planning and supporting 13 markets.
Main responsibilities:
- Connect and collaborate with the global Media Agency
- Collect and analyze market data
- Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
- Determine the best media outlet mix for the campaigns
- Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans, etc.
- Follow media trends of online and offline outlets
- Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns.
Required skills:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
- 5+ years of work experience as a Media Planner
- familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
- knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GfK MRI, MOAT, Nielsen IMS)
- fluent English knowledge
- broad knowledge of media channels
- great project management skills
- great communication skills
- flair for statistics and math
- to know how to act local and think global
