Marketing Automation Specialist

One of our multinational partner is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, who will be responsible for usage and expertise within the Eloqua platform, including building emails, segments, landing pages, campaigns and programs, as well as thorough understanding of marketing B2B best practices. Main responsibilities:
  • learning and adopting marketing technology to support the overall campaign and revenue goals of the business
  • developing and maintaining the integrations and execution of all the marketing automation workflows that ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time 
  • developing coordinated, enterprise-wide marketing automation strategies 
  • creating the framework to identify marketing qualified leads and move them through the digital buyers journey seamlessly 
  • implementing a variety of digital assets with engaging calls to action: email, landing page, webinars, etc.
  • recommending and executing AB testing throughout the campaign process to optimize engagement and maximise ROI using our marketing automation stack 
  • maintaining the marketing automation processes, procedures, programs, technical processes, and workflows, identifying gaps or areas of concern where indicated 
  • providing reporting to program managers, analytics team, or executive leadership upon request 

Required skills:
  • 3+ years of marketing automation experience with demonstrated proficiency in global campaign execution
  • experience working in marketing automation platform and managing integration with CRM systems (Eloqua preferred, other relative platforms may include Marketo, Pardot, etc. Dynamics 365 CRM experience preferred, other relative CRMs may include Salesforce)
  • fluent English knowledge
  • ability to craft complex, global automated program that meet the business needs of the organization
  • flawless end-to-end execution of campaigns from asset creation to execution to post-campaign analytics
  • ability to incorporate digital marketing industry standards and best practices into email campaigns
  • excellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal and presenting

  • any 2nd European language knowledge
