Learning Enablement Specialist - German-speaking

Our multinational partner is looking for a Learning Enablement Specialist to join the German Team.


Main responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the provisioning of the goods and services required in support of the rollout of training sessions
  • Select and confirm appropriate training venues against a defined list of criteria
  • Timely ordering of training materials arrangement of special training requirements (virtual or physical materials: IT services or catering, other tools)
  • Administer and maintain data of sessions in CRM systems
  • Responsible for recording the costs (estimated and actual) for all goods and services contracted against a session – following up for invoicing within agreed timescales
  • Ensure session schedule changes are reflected accurately and communicated to our vendors, learners, and faculty


Required skills:
  • University degree
  • Intermediate knowledge of English and German languages 
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of learning management solutions and/or CRM systems are huge advantages
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Customer focus and excellent communication


Advantages:
