Junior Account Manager Automotive

In the past one hundred years, our partner has transformed into a global technology and specialty materials company with leading businesses in key geographic regions. We are searching for a Junior Account Manager for them for the Automotive sector!
 


Main responsibilities:
  • Effectively support for the execution against the commercial strategy & manage existing clients to ensure continued growth
  • Work with seniors to engage and acquire new customers in line with business objectives
  • Active participation in strategy
  • Follow up of account-related KPIs, e.g. budget, forecast, price, volume, overdue, etc.
  • Collect marketing intelligence, e.g. trends & drivers, competitive landscape, new product development
  • Act as a contact person between customers
  • Participation in Regional Sales meetings and European Sales meetings


Required skills:
  • Degree in Business or Chemistry or Engineering
  • Min 5 years experience in a B2B customer-facing role
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Internal drive for excellence, takes initiative, and demands excellence from others
  • Ability to make a good first impression and build relationships quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international team
  • Good financial/quantitative skill


Advantages:
  • Sales or sales support experience is an advantage
  • Any other Central or Eastern European language is a plus
