Italian-speaking IT Support Analyst

On behalf of our multinational partner, we are looking for Italian- and English-speaking colleagues who would support the clients in IT-related manners.

During the selection process, safety is first: interviews will be held online as well as the onboarding procedure. The team works 100% from home because of the pandemic situation.

Main responsibilities:
·        Assisting the Italian enterprise costumers in technical, IT-related issues via phone and email,
·        Supporting Voice and Data technology devices produced by Avaya and Cisco,
·        Coordinating the resolution end-to-end between customer, supplier and resolver teams,
·        Being involved in managing contractual obligations with suppliers.

Required skills:
·        You are fluent in Italian AND in English, both verbal and written.
·        You have excellent communication skills and a costumer-focused mindset,
·        You are a fresh-graduate OR you have 1-2 years SDA/CSR experience,

·        Should you have experience in ITIL and Cisco troubleshooting in an advantage.
