International Sales Support Team Leader

Have you ever dreamed to be part of the launch of a brand-new international SALES SUPPORT and CUSTOMER SERVICE HUB in Budapest? It is your chance to join our partner’s newly established regional HUB and lead an end2end sales support and customer service function.

Main responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of 10-12 people
  • Supervising the activity of the team, mentoring and motivating them 
  • Being accountable for the team’s performance, reaching business targets
  • Reporting to a Junior Manager located in Budapest
  • Receiving requests from customers
  • Receiving, categorizing, and registering work orders (master data)
  • Recognizing problems
  • Supporting in-country sales teams, managing sales orders
  • Communicating with customers about their order status
  • Keeping the SAP and the CRM system updated
  • Providing back-office administrative services

Required skills:
  • 1-2 years of experience in leading a team
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales support or B2B customer service function
  • Excellent command of English
  • Technical awareness (product knowledge)
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset
  • Being able to work independently
  • Good organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good level of analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented approach

  • Experience in foreign trade
  • Knowledge of the following languages (German, Italian, Polish, Czech, Dutch, Slovenian)
