International Sales Support and Customer Service Specialist (Italian and English speaking)

Have you ever dreamed to be part of the launch of a brand-new international SALES SUPPORT HUB in Budapest? This is your chance to join our partner’s newly established regional HUB and provide end2end sales support and customer service to their European customers.


Main responsibilities:

-          Receiving requests from customers in the supported language (Italian)
-          Receiving, categorizing, and registering work orders (master data)
-          Recognizing problems
-          Supporting in-country sales teams
-          Managing sales orders
-          Coordinating sales progress, interacting with customers
-          Communicating with customers about their order status
-          Keeping the SAP and the CRM system updated
-          Providing back-office administrative services


Required skills:

-          Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales support or B2B customer service function
-          Experience in foreign trade is an advantage
-          Native Italian and good English language skills
-          Technical awareness (product knowledge)
-          Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
-          Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
-          Self-driven and proactive mindset
-          Being able to work independently
-          Good organizational skills
-          Excellent problem-solving skills
-          Good level of analytical skills, numeracy 
-          Customer-oriented approach
