International Bid Expert

Our partner is a global leader in the furnishings industry. Their growing Business Support Center in Budapest is looking for a new member to join them as a Bid Manager.


Main responsibilities:
  • Preparation of tenders/proposals and providing supporting documents for sales.
  • Preparation of product presentations.
  • Creating offers and calculations for customers. 
  • Keeping contact with operations teams and suppliers. 
  • Advising and supporting our customers with upcoming questions to resolve requests with internal and external resources.  





Required skills:
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in the field of Bid Management
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills





Advantages:
  • German language knowledge is an advantage
