HR Specialist (Training & Development)

Our multinational client is looking for an experienced HR Specialist with strong training & development background. If you would like to work for a smaller international company in the 3rd district, do not hesitate to apply!


Main responsibilities:
  •  Supports processes, tools and programs defined in the HR Lifecycle in the areas of Training, Talent, Succession Management and Performance Management 
  •  Provides assistance to all functions to ensure Talent Development processes, plans and programs are consistently implemented across the organization 
  •  Assists in creating toolkits, training materials, and processes flow to support the local approach of identifying and developing talent 
  •  Maintains all e-learning programs and training initiatives throughout Europe 
  •  Supports the Learning Management System for Europe through Uploading and Updating of E-Learning Content and takes care of all user-related topics
  •  Supports the conception and implementation of internal Training and Development concepts for Locations within Europe  
  • Taking part in Employer Branding activities


Required skills:
  •  2-3 years of professional experience in the field of HR and Organizational Development 
  •  English fluency is a must both verbally and in writing, other languages are a plus 
  •  Enthusiastic Team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment 
  •  Excellent presentation, communication and planning skills required 
  •  IT savvy, professional skills with the entire Microsoft Office Suite 


Advantages:
  •  Ideally, experience in SAP SuccessFactors 
  •  ideally experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
