HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist

Over 1 000 locations around the world provide an extensive network that guarantees closeness to customers. The business unit Europe Africa is one of the largest of six business units. The HQ is located in Germany from where it coordinates activities in 20+ countries, as well as a distributor network in Africa.

Main responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze and validate data from new and existing sources and ensure customer-oriented visualization
  • Support the development and execution of a reporting dashboard for the implementation of strategies, goals, and business processes
  • Create HR key figures for the annual corporate reports
  • Support the implementation of reporting standards, policies, and HR systems
  • Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization, and best practice sharing
  • Support a cost-efficient set-up, identify and enforce improvement potential
  • Act as a counterpart in all HR Controlling related topics for the European Region
  • Function as the interface to stakeholders, capture their needs, prepare data and ensure customer-oriented visualization
  • Engage in the improvement and standardization of existing HR reporting tools and structures and investigate the automation of reports, data processing, and efficiency


Required skills:
  • Fluent in English and German but we also have only English-speaking positions
  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, or comparable 
  • 2+ years of experience in reporting and analytics
  • Analytical mind focusing on problem-solving and on results
  • Empathic and strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
  • Enjoying working in an international environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity
  • Able to understand business needs and translate them into an actionable project request for approval and prioritization
  • Experience in using reporting tools (e.g. MS Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
