HR Coordinator (North) - Dutch speaking

Main responsibilities:
  • Support in HR administration-related requests- Documents, letters, amendments.
  • Document preparation for all aspects of the employee life cycle including employment contracts, reference letters, work certificates, salary increases, correspondences.
  • Administrative tasks related to follow-up on documents requested to/from employees for all North countries.
  • On-boarding/off-boarding process: Performing onboarding with new hires and exit tasks with leavers for North countries and Geneva.
  • Participating in the relocation process for new joiners
  • Follow up on the recruitment activities for North countries


Required skills:
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an HR position
