HR Administration Specialist

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the field of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after-sales, sales tracking, and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern, and North African entities.


Main responsibilities:
The HR Administration specialist for EMEA countries is responsible for coordinating and processing all HR administration tasks in multiple EMEA countries, supporting the HR Business Partners for these countries, the Managing Director of the country, and in liaison with the internal centralized payroll team based in the Budapest Competence center.
 BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
  • Administering benefits at all stages of Employee Lifecycle
  • Coordinating with the central payroll team any required reporting related to benefits
  • Managing together with the PO team the necessary Purchase Orders, and provide information for invoice processing and payment, and any specific request for earlier payment
  • Benefits invoices management
HR DOCUMENTS/RECORDS MANAGEMENT
  • Manage signature of important HR documents from legal representatives and employees;
  • Digitalize these documents and ensure they are properly stored in the HR Records system
ADMINISTRATION OF LEAVE MANAGEMENT AND TIME TRACKING SYSTEM 
  • Gathering information from countries and coordinating with 3rd party vendors each year for the annual setup


Required skills:
  • University Degree
  • 1,5 – 2 years experience in HR administration
  • Experience in vendor management, program administration
  • Fluent English
  • Good organizational, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving, decision making, and process improvement abilities
  • Service-oriented, flexible, accuracy
