HR Administration Specialist (DACH region)

Our multinational partner, with the HQ in Germany, would like to extend their HR department in Budapest, supporting Germany. We have positions with different seniority levels, that could challenge you, pique your interest, and put your skills to the test!
If you speak fluent English and German, you can be a fresh grad, specialist, or have already experience in team coordination, APPLY!


Main responsibilities:
  • Perform the administration for the entire operational HR work along the employee life cycle for the DACH region
  • Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a strong focus on operational HR topics and administrative procedures eg. contract preparation/changes, hiring or maintaining files and data
  • Document process changes and actively communicate them to all affected interfaces
  • Capture and maintain employee data in the digital landscape, ensuring data quality and access are in line with policies
  • Accompany internal HR projects as well as take over special topics


Required skills:
  • Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree
  • Professional experience (1-3 years)
  • Administrative as well as organizational skills, esp. when managing multiple open requisitions
  • Focus on quality management and strong customer orientation
  • Analytical mind
  • Enjoying working in an international environment
  • Advanced computer skills, including office applications, combined with tech & digitization affinity, 
  • Fluent in English and German
