Head Process Excellence & Risk Management

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide active support to process owners for the formalization and design of local procedures
  • Monitor the definition and enforcement of proper segregation of duties rules and perform reviews
  • Conducts a risk-assessment process and a yearly control self-assessment, ongoing self-testing
  • Participates in local committees
  • Identifies internal control deficiencies, recommends improvements, helps to develop adequate action plans, and follows up their implementation
  • Participates in internal and external audits
  • Perform the risk assessment action plan and recommend improvements 
  • Perform quality SOX reviews 
  • Creates policies and implement process related to data privacy 


Required skills:
  • Educated on degree level
  • 5+ years of Risk Management and Internal Control is a must
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Effective business partnering and customer relations management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity
  • Fluency in English, French, and other European languages are a plus
  • Experience of working in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus
