Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Our multinational partner is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will support global compensation programs and North American benefits. 


Main responsibilities:
  • Administer compensation programs to support overall business strategy
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and data management for the salary benchmarking and pay program
  • Conducts quarterly reviews for various compensation programs
  • Generate accrual reports for corporate finance for incentive compensation modeling
  • Provide support for compensation projects and analytics 
  • Perform benefit plan eligibility reviews and monthly account reconciliation 
  • The employee needs to follow the Quality and environmental policy where applicable 


Required skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or related field
  • At least five years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a global team environment and make independent decisions
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Human Resource Information System


Advantages:
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is desirable.
