German Speaking Sales Support Manager

Have you ever dreamed to be part of the launch of a brand-new international SALES SUPPORT and CUSTOMER SERVICE HUB in Budapest? It is your chance to join our partner’s newly established regional HUB and lead an end2end sales support and customer service function.


Main responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of ~25 FTEs with two direct reports
  • Leading and reviewing operations to ensure the team’s accurate and timely delivery of customer service and sales support services under service level agreements and relevant processes and policies
  • Supervising the activity of the team leaders, mentoring and motivating them 
  • Reporting to the management
  • Operative tasks


Required skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in leading a team of a minimum of 8-10 people
  • Relevant experience in sales support or B2B customer service function
  • Excellent command of English and German
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset
  • Good organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good level of analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented approach
