French speaking Service Desk Agent (Fresh graduates)

One of the most dynamically developing firms in the IT sector is currently hiring. They provide first class support for banking firms, insurance, healthcare, IT and education companies all over the world. 

Main responsibilities:
-        Taking ownership and responsibility for problems of client’s technical issues
-        Troubleshooting basic end-user issues
-        Primary responsibility of user support
-        Responsible for managing the ticket queues
-        Creating reports and managing ticketing system
-        Analyzing requests and problems 
-        Maintaining a high level of Quality Customer Service
-        Ensuring the correct escalation procedure

Required skills:
-        Intermediate English and fluent French language knowledge,
-        Experience in Customer Service or IT support is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided, 
-        FRESH GRADUATES are also welcomed,
-        Reliable, open, communicative personality who works well within a team,
-        Customer-oriented attitude,
-        Good technical & IT knowledge is an advantage.
