    Join our prestigious multinational Client as a respected member of the Global Service Center department. The new colleague will be directly responsible for ensuring that business processes are executed in accordance with company’s capabilities.


  • Understanding company’s global processes and systems in great detail
  • Considering as one “Subject Matter Expert” in the back office support for many operational practices
  • Providing input and recommendations for ensuring global alignment to operational practices and customer contractual requirements
  • Monitor/audit process execution for compliance of the company’s contractual obligations to its customers within set schedule
  • Direct interaction with various cross functional teams as needed to provide resolution support & analysis for concerns regarding consumables, entitlement, billing, and other general account issues
  • Coordinating implementation of customer setup requirements with Customer Operations and back office teams
  • Generating or providing customer reports
  • Managing day to day execution and daily escalations of the contract set up
  • Ensuring country specifics are met and overall country operations are delivered under quality & SLA expectations


  • University or College degree
  • Fluent English and French language knowledge is a must!
  • Relevant business operation management experience
  • Ability to see functions in terms of detailed – often inter-related - processes
  • Working knowledge in Siebel and/or in SAP systems is a strong advantage
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Well organized, rigorous in data management
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, and very good knowledge of Excel is required
