Financial Services Help Desk Represetative

Our partner is a global leader providing a broad array of clinical diagnostics and life science research products.


Main responsibilities:
- Receive and process inquiries from internal (employees) and external parties (vendors)
- Help the employee/vendor to answer his question or bring him/her in contact with the right person 
- Provide dashboard information to management 
- Identify and register possible improvements to the processes



Required skills:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an SSC environment
- Experience with Purchase to Pay or other financial processes
- Experience in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in English is required 
- Proactive, motivated, results-oriented individual 
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex, and highly matrixed environment



Advantages:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Any other European language knowledge is appreciated
