Transition and Change Management Project Manager

 

On behalf of our international partner, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage process transitions and implement changes due to transformation within the SSC. The scope also includes planning and managing all aspects of the delivery of medium to large-sized projects within defined financial and timely targets.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Establishing project teams
  • Supervising the work of Project Members and other project participants (external contractors/suppliers/consultants)
  • Capacity and pipeline management
  • Planning, managing and delivering international projects that will significantly affect the organisation, ea. Transition and implementation, Office expansion, Cross-functional internal process improvement, Supplier selection, Financial/governmental, PR, marketing and employer branding related and Reporting projects
  • Risk Management
  • Delivering projects to contracted service levels and within defined financial and timely targets
  • Maintaining and developing customer satisfaction
  • Applying and following project management methodologies
  • Client and stakeholder relationships, also on executive levels
  • Coordinating multiple project teams

 

Skills/Experience:

  • Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration degree
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in complex project management
  • 5+ years of experience in the shared services sector
  • Good finance knowledge
  • Experienced practitioner of a formal Project Management methodology such as Prince2, APMP
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS SharePoint
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • ITIL qualification, Risk Management or 6 Sigma/Lean qualifications are advantageous
