Finance Process Lead

Would like to join an innovative, global company? We are looking for a Finance Process Lead who  will be responsible for managing the robust financial accounting and reporting processes on regional level.  

Main responsibilities:
  • Process execution as designed 
  • Ensuring performance measurements are in place, SLAs & KPIs are met, aligned with business expectations 
  • Ensuring reports are delivered regularly for all operational activity
  • Disclosing all financial risks and opportunities in timely manner
  • Ensuring operational reviews with Customers and Markets are effective 
  • Developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders in the region
  • Owning and delivering process improvement, automation and CI programs

Required skills:
  • Educated on a degree level 
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a large-scale, complex organization
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in leading and managing complex multi-layered teams (100+)
  • Relevant previous experience in a leadership position, delivering financial performance
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation
