Would you like to utilize your expertise in a fast-growing multinational company and be part of a supportive and professional management team? Our prestigious partner is seeking their new management member with high level knowledge in the field of accounting and proven people management skills. In this role you would be in charge of all the accounting processes in retail field.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervising all accounting procedures
  • Managing team leaders
  • Hiring, training and motivating the teams
  • Providing objectives and career paths for the colleagues
  • Analysing performance data and reports in order to identify rooms for process improvement
  • Ensuring that all processes are compliant
  • Keeping active contact with high-level stakeholders

Our client is looking for you if you have:

  • Fluent English
  • At least 4-5 years of people management experience
  • Experience in multinational environment(s)
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes
  • Experience gained in retail industry is a huge advantage
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management
