English speaking OTC Specialist

Main responsibilities:
·         Contacting suppliers
·         Handling incoming requests from customers
·         Placing orders, planning and coordinating shipments 
·         Proactively communicating changes and delays to orders
·         Collecting debts, managing disputes
·         Performing billing activities, generating invoices
·         Working together with sales and logistics 
·         Dealing with customer complaints

Required skills:
·         Fluent English is a must
·         College/university degree is preferable
·         1-3+ years of relevant work experience
·         Shared Service Centre experience is an advantage
·         Excellent problem solving and communication skills
·         Willingness to work in a global environment
·         Customer- and service-orientated thinking
