Main responsibilities:
-        Help Hiring managers with drafting the Job description by providing templates and keeping records of Job Description library
-        Define sourcing strategy according to business needs, set up and follow up on relationship with Job boards and Hiring agencies within Global sourcing guidelines
-        In collaboration with the Researcher, work on the first pass of candidate screening and selection
-        Responsible for the relationship with the Hiring manager on the overall process, agree on the interviewers for the hired role
-        Selecting candidates, set up interviews with Hiring managers
-        Provide Hiring managers and HR Business Partner with final recommendation of candidates
-        Recommend offers to be made and work with the HR Business Partner to define final offer to be presented to the candidate
-        Help with setting-up the on-boarding process

Required skills:
-        Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-        3 years of recruiting experience 
-        Fluent English, and high level of German
-        Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
-        Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
-        Excellent organizational and time management skills
-        Comfortable making decisions independently
-        Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
-        Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
