EMEA FP&A Manger

Would like to join an innovative, global company? We are looking for an FP&A Manager who  will be responsible for the coordination of the Financial Planning proccesses of the operative costs in the EMEA region.  

Main responsibilities:
  • Lead and support business teams in the annual operating budget and forecast processes.
  • Assist the business in preparing monthly variance analysis of actuals to forecast and budget, explain and investigate any major discrepancies, and understand key business drivers.
  • Participate in monthly close process (accruals, reviews, journal entries) and review meetings with business partners.
  • Identify and research areas with significant variance from budget, and coordinate any adjustments with the shared services group to ensure expenses are properly recorded.
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities, develop solution options, engage management and stakeholders to align on decisions, implement approved plan, and revise desk level procedures to reflect changes.

Required skills:
  • Educated on degree level
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Planning processes and Best Practices in large, fast-paced environment
  • Experience required with a US public company and GAAP familiarity 
  • People management experience
  • Advanced English both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex financial transactions for non-finance stakeholders or management
  • Solution- and customer-oriented attitude
  • Business- and result oriented, understanding of business strategy 
  • Cooperative, innovative, has the helicopter view
  • Open for changes, understanding and support changes
