EMEA Benefits Specialist

Main responsibilities:
  • Works directly with employees to ensure effective enrollment and continued coverage in local benefit programs. Assists employees in the successful resolution of benefits issues, payments, claims disputes, etc. with help from local HR/Finance staff to effectively communicate with employees in the variety of languages required.
  • Administers EMEA benefits programs including statutory and non-statutory retirement, pension, medical, leave-of-absence, and other related programs.  Ensures the required policies, reporting and documentation, contract negotiation, and legal compliance to maintain competitive benefits offering for employees.
  • Perform other HR data administration-related duties as required in each EMEA country.

Required skills:
  • 1-3 years of related experience in HR data administration and legislation and employee benefits.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Italian.
  • Computer skills with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent Customer Service skills required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in HR data and employee benefits administration.
