eCommerce Manager

Our market leader partner is a multinational company playing a huge role in the building materials industry. Their products are well-known globally. They are now looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager who will ensure online sales are always maximized across the roof window shops and drive best practices. He/she will own a roadmap of the roof window shops, bringing together different stakeholders to drive forward improvements of the shops.

Main responsibilities:
  • Executing the e-commerce strategy for roof windows in collaboration with the commercial strategy team
  • Owning & managing the overall roadmap
  • Actively sharing & providing updates on the status of roadmap & activities
  • Being responsible for onsite tracking roadmap for shops in collaboration with analytics & commercial strategy team
  • Actively introducing & sharing best practices, and learnings across shops & geographies 
  • Working closely with the content manager to define content requirements for shops
  • Providing input for the display and communication of new functionalities and services across shops in collaboration with different teams: project, commercial, product strategy, and logistics
  • Evaluating customer research and competitor insights from the customer service team and onsite analytics tools to drive improvements on the shops that will support the KPI deliverables
  • Being responsible for conversion rate optimization across roof window shops to drive continuous improvements
  • Tracking events
  • Optimizing and improving sites
  • Monthly reporting on activities across the shops

Required skills:
  • 5+ years within a similar eCommerce role with experience in Sitecore & Google Analytics
  • Project management competencies
  • Commercial mindset 
  • Critical thinker
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proactive, good at prioritizing and planning
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
