Their continuously growing Business Support Center in Budapest is looking for a new member to join them in this challenge as a Dutch Speaking Team Manager.

In the field of Dutch Speaking Team Leader, you may have the following responsibilities:

  • being responsible for an OTC team’s performance
  • focusing on supervising a regional team
  • providing daily support to the team
  • extending knowledge of procedures and issues within team
  • working together with colleagues and collaborating on problem resolution
  • managing portfolio and work list priorities for the team members
  • being responsible for Bids and Contract renewal
  • developing appropriate procedures
  • ensuring all process controls are executed and documented accordingly
  • managing the day-to-day customer relationship during the processes
  • providing daily/weekly/monthly reports

When to apply:

  • If you speak Dutch and English fluently
  • If you have experience in team management
  • If you have commercial experience in an international global environment
  • If you have strong communication and negotiation skills
