Dutch speaking - Internal Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist

 Join our partner’s regional HUB and provide end2end sales support and customer service to their European customers, while being part of a diverse team with a familiar atmosphere.

Main responsibilities:
  • Providing sales support and customer service via phone, email, and chat with our customers. 
  • Ensuring that incoming sales leads are handled with special attention to reach the highest possible conversion rate on these contacts. 
  • Providing customer-friendly after-sales support to delivery cases, customer claims, returns, installation difficulties, payment issues, etc.
  • Keeping continuous contact with external and internal partners (courier service providers/logistics department), with a focus on keeping the excellent service level towards our customers.
  • Participation in the accurate processing of customers’ orders/return orders/credit notes in the internal system.
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of the internal processes and consequently to the improvement of the services provided to our customers.
  • Maintenance of tools used in Customer Service – e.g. reporting issues with the phone/chat/ticketing system and contributing to solving the upcoming problems, and outages.
  • Participating in several Customer Service projects within the department.

Required skills:
  • Higher advanced level of Dutch 
  • Fluent in English (company language is English)
  • Strong user level of MS Office 
  • Sales and customer care competencies - excellent communication and negotiation skills - good sense of sales and strong courage and motivation to convert the leads - strong skills in problem handling
