If you join the company, you may have the following responsibilities:

  • Being accountable for E2E management of service delivery for customer orders
  • Managing all service delivery parties internally & externally to ensure performance to objectives, quality & cost targets for the team
  • Collaborating with peers to provide support & services in line with customer contractual obligations
  • Ensuring that he/she provides jeopardy and KCI management of all orders for the customer, ensuring that the customer is kept informed at all times on the progression of his orders and notified of any exceptions as soon as they are apparent
  • Monitoring all orders within the regional remit and work across all lines of business and process stages to enhance the delivery of customer orders
  • Focusing on root cause analysis and issue resolution in order to improve delivery processes, reduce the propensity for customer-driven escalations and reduce costs to the business


  • At least 2 years of Service Delivery experience within Shared Service Centers is a must
  • Skills on jeopardy and prioritisation management is a must
  • Order management and reporting skills is an advantage
  • Knowledge on CI tools is an advantage
  • Telecommunication experience, technical skills is an advantage
  • English on a fluent level is a must
  • Any European language on a fluent level is an advantage
