Customer Support Specialist (German speaking)

Our Client is one of the world's leading energy companies that have employees in 80 countries. At the moment, they are expanding their operation in Szeged and looking for a new colleague to join their After Sales Customer Support team. Main responsibilities:
  • Handling customer claim resolution and positive customer experience 
  • Managing all incoming claims through a variety of sources including, but not limited to, voice and email. 
  • Being responsible for the review of all incoming claims to ensure that proper documentation and requirements have been met
  • Acting as a single point of contact and managing the day to day relationships with customer contacts
  • Being responsible for accurately presenting the claims warranty process to the customer
  • Accurately following any delegation of authority guidelines when initiating financial transactions or equivalent replacement of customer equipment
  • Ensuring return/disposal of failed modules pursuant to all relevant in country processes and procedures, against established guidelines
  • Ensuring that all claims processed are diagnosed using the standard processing guidelines and are documented in detail in the customer management tool
  • Closely monitoring all open claims and ensure that all key dates are being met within SLA, and escalate as needed

Required skills:
  • Fluency in German AND in English
  • 0,5-1-year previous experience customer service skills in a telephone environment and or customer services environment is preferred
  • After-Sales experience or warranty claims experience is a nice to have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
