Customer Service Team Leader – German speaking

One of our prestigious clients in Budapest is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader with fluent German knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Lead, motivate and develop team competencies and BSC capabilities
  • Train, and manage team performance, create and implement objectives and development plans for direct reports
  • Manage the team's workflow and ensure that fundamental Order to Cash processes and Service processes are embedded and adhered to consistently throughout the BSC
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships regarding specific business issues
  • Develop and monitor the team's performance efficiency and automation
  • Analyze performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, interpret data to identify trends and implement operational improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experiences of working in customer service environment as a Team Leader
  • Process management experience
  • Fluent German and English is a must!
  • Academic degree
  • Experience using SAP and MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong people & performance management skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
