Customer Service Team Leader (afternoon shift)

Do you have experience in people management and customer service? Would you like to lead a team with complex, global duties? Take the next step in your career!


Main responsibilities:
  • Manage a team (cca 7 FTEs) with complex process management and business interactions in the field of O2C
  • Monitor and review day-to-day operational performance to ensuring meeting the SLAs and goals
  • Provide relevant support and interface with internal partners and stakeholders 
  • Lead or support audits
  • Oversee customer activity including product information requests, price quote inquiries, order entry and fulfilment, shipment, material returns and issue resolution
  • Run and analyze reports




Required skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Customer Service or complex IT Helpdesk experience (at least on level 2)
  • At least 2 years of complex people management experience including coaching the team
  • Willingness to work in different shifts (12 pm - 8:30 pm, 3:30 pm - 12 am)
  • Experience using SAP and/or Siebel and MS Office application
