Customer Service Specialist - Serbian speaking

Main responsibilities:
  • Coordination and control of order realization, from receiving a purchase order to dispatch goods
  • Making offers and calculations 
  • Cooperation with foreign subsidiaries
  • Sales of products offered by the company 
  • Support for KAMs
  • Complaints processing
  • Daily payments control
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company 
  • Make an analysis and sales reports, pricelists
  • Market research
  • Making appointments with customers
  • Follow procedures


Required skills:
  • Minimum 1 years experiences in customer service 
  • Native Hungarian
  • Very good knowledge of English 
  • Serbian language knowledge is a must
  • MS Office practical experience, with good knowledge of Excel (reporting)
  • Well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and also able to cooperate within a team
  • Very good communication skills 
  • Creative thinking, be pro-active with a positive attitude
  • Open-minded, open for challenges, new experience, and fast learning person
  • Good organizational and time management skills
