Customer Service Specialist - French speaking

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist, who will be a primary link to their customers, ensures sales fulfillment, and coordinates a broad portfolio of processes across different stakeholders inside and outside the company.

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure the following transactions are done to the highest standard, with accuracy and reducing transaction times within agreed timeframes: order entry, order follow-up, claim & return handling 
  • Proactively manage customer calls
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Suppliers, and other relevant internal stakeholders
  • Handling documentation and administrative tasks
  • Cooperating with team members in the everyday work
  • Working together with other teams to fulfill customer requirements
  • Providing regular updates to the customer via email and phone

Required skills:
  • English and French on a fluent level are mandatory!
  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service related positions (preferably in a multinational environment)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team spirit and solution-oriented mind-set
  • Ability to prioritize work independently
