Customer Service Representative - English speaking

Our Client is one of the world's leading energy companies, they have employees in 80 countries. At the moment they are expanding their operation in Szeged and looking for a new colleague to join their Premium Account Customer team.


Main responsibilities:
  • Manage & effectively respond to Premium Account inquiries 
  • Order processing and order fulfilment 
  • Perform proactive account management
  • Process improvement


Required skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of Customer Service
  • Fluent English knowledge
  • Willingness to work in afternoon shift
