Customer Service Representative - English speaking, Sopron

On behalf of our multinational client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The employee needs to meet the expectations of our online customers, increase sales by efficiently converting incoming leads and to provide excellent after-sales service.

Main responsibilities:
o Providing customer service via phone, email and chat 
o Providing after-sales support in relation to delivery-cases, customer claims, returns, installation difficulties, payment issues etc.
o Participation in the accurate processing of customers’ orders / return orders / credit notes in the ERP system - both for the webshops and the marketplaces 
o Providing account management support to our Business
o Keeping continuous contact with external and internal partners
o Contribution to continuous improvement of the internal processes
o Participating in several Customer Service projects

Required skills:
o Excellent in English both written and spoken (German is a huge advantage)
o Strong user level of Excel
o Willingness to work in a virtual environment
o Sales and customer care specific competencies, such as
- excellent communication and negotiation skills 
- good sense of sales
- strong skill of problem handling
- strong attention to details, punctuality
- adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure


o Background studies in economics or finance is an advantage
o Any other 2nd language is a huge advantage – especially German
