Customer  Review  Manager - German speaking

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the fields of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after-sales, sales tracking, and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern, and North African entities.


Main responsibilities:
- responding online customer reviews and questions;
- supporting and creating the online brand image by quickly responding to feedback customers share in both online reviews and Q&A sections for targeted models;
- posting in a public space - strong written language skills are critical to ensure they follow the site communication guidelines; 
- finding solution for customer situations;
- collaborating with subject matter experts across business functions in areas such as development, product marketing, solutions marketing, service, sales, and customer experience


Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3-5 years working experience in technical support, product marketing, or other related positions
- native German or equivalent German writing skills
- fluent English 
- great communication and writing skills
