Join our prestigious multinational Client as a respected member of the Global Service Center department. The new colleague will be directly responsible to manage & execute contracted Managed Services. The colleague will work with customer contacts, 3rd party partners and resources of the company to execute defined services.

The daily duties include everyday service delivery execution, escalation management, generating or providing customer reports and providing input and recommendations for ensuring Client satisfaction. The new colleague will be accountable to support implementation, steady state services to meet Client and company targets.


  • Responsible for management and execution of steady state services typically for multiple, small accounts
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations such as order management, change management, issue resolution, consumables management
  • Maintain necessary client communication via email and phone
  • Monitor and report on services & maintenance performance metrics to fulfill contractual SLA as required - utilize escalation when needed.
  • Responsible to ensure the highest level of services delivered in alignment with Company goals
  • Assures compliance with Company and Customer’s HR, procurement, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies and processes
  • Work together with partners as required to support client contractual requirements


  • BA/BS/BBA degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English and French language knowledge is a must!
  • 3-4 years of experience in an operations or services delivery role, accountable for customer satisfaction and service level attainment
  • Experience with direct interaction with Business Customers, including Managers/Directors
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate high impact messages and complex ideas in an effective, concise fashion in both verbal and written format
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
  • Good project management and prioritizing skills
  • Well organized, rigorous in data management
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, and very good knowledge of Excel is required
