Customer Operations Specialist (FRENCH speaking)

Join our prestigious multinational Client as a respected member of the Global Service Centre department. The new colleague will be directly responsible for the day to day operational services to the customers’ entire satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
·        Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations such as order management, change management, issue resolution, consumables management
·        Maintain necessary client communication via email and phone 
·        Monitor and report on services & maintenance performance metrics to fulfil contractual SLA as required - utilize escalation when needed.
·        Responsible to ensure the highest level of services delivered in alignment with Company goals
·        Assures compliance with Company and Customer’s HR, procurement, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies and processes
·        Work together with partners as required to support client contractual requirements

Required skills:
·        College/University degree
·        5+ years of experience in a B2B customer service/supply chain/order management/operations or services delivery role
·        Fluent English AND French language knowledge 
·        Experience in direct interaction with Business Customers
·        Great communication, time management and problem-solving skills
·        Good project management and prioritizing skills
·        Well organized, rigorous in data management
·        Customer oriented attitude
·        Advanced MS Office skills, and good knowledge of Excel is required
