Customer Contract Services Specialist

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the field of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after-sales, sales tracking, and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern, and North African entities.


Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure registration and billing of service contracts in the system 
  • Receive purchase orders from end-users 
  • Analyze and validate completeness and accuracy of information 
  • Communicate with the customer
  • Register extended warranties returned by customers
  • Investigate and solve cases related to Warranty Disputes
  • Receive and validate per-call quote acceptances returned by the customers 
  • Be in charge of performing regular database cleaning tasks 
  • Review and validate the audit reports edited by the system


Required skills:
  • College degree 
  • Fluent English AND fluent German OR Spanish OR Italian is a must
  • 2-3 years experience in administration / back office support / purchasing / procurement / order management / invoicing / pricing
  • Knowledge of SAP / Oracle or any other ERP system
  • Knowledge of MS Office 


Advantages:
  • Working knowledge of Siebel, D365, and/or SAP systems is a clear advantage
