CRM System Support

Our partner has a long history of research and development focused on IT hardware and software solutions. It serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. Its Competence Center in Budapest provides high added-value services primarily in the field of finance, supply chain, marketing, customer support, after-sales, sales tracking, and environment/operational excellence to the European, Middle Eastern, and North African entities.


Main responsibilities:
  • Sales data integrity management
  • Planning and delivering trainings for the sales team regarding the system
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving system issues
  • Providing information to the management and sales team about the system changes 







Required skills:
  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of IT/System support
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM system knowledge
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
