Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting end user issues
  • Providing IT support on T1/T2 level (specialized in configuration and reporting) to the users
  • Respond to questions from all emails
  • Creating reports and managing ticketing system
  • Coordinate the resolution end-to-end between customer, supplier and resolver teams
  • Make outbound calls to set up, customize or update client’s system
  • Analyse requests and complex problems, develop solutions
  • Provide creative solutions

You are the perfect candidate, if you are:

  • Speaking advanced English and fluent French
  • Open and proactive
  • Experienced in working with customers or in an international environment (IT field is an advantage)
  • Ready to learn new things
  • Ready to develop professionally
  • Willing to work in shifts (Monday to Friday)
