Cost Controller

Do you have an analytical approach and do you like to juggle with numbers? Do you have 2-4 years of experience as a controller and/or general ledger accountant? If your answers are yes, then we are looking for You!

There are open Cost Controller positions in our client’s Cost & Inventory Controlling Team.

Through the selection process we and, our partner take safety seriously: interviews and the onboarding is online.


Main responsibilities:
  • Manage financial reporting activities
  • Analyze and consolidate the monthly actual expenses
  • P&L analysis of the costs – provide monthly explanations and prepare correction entries
  • Take part in forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Manage the reporting of the expenses and related comments
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendation: variance analysis, plan-actual cost deviation analysis
  • Identification of key business drivers, proposal of corrective actions
  • Participation in the monthly close
  • Stakeholder management


Required skills:
  • Fluency in ENGLISH is a MUST 
  • College or University degree (finance / accountancy / economics)
  • 3+ years of working experience in the field of Accounting/Reporting/Financial Controlling
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Ability to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Proactivity, flexibility
  • Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
  • Good interpersonal skills
