Contract Support Coordinator (French speaking)

Our partner serves businesses of all sizes in over 170 countries. In its Competence Center in Budapest they are now looking for a talented candidate who will interact with customers and company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of functions including the management of Service Contracts cover Extended Guarantees, Maintenance Agreements, Installation, Per Call, Training Services.


Main responsibilities:
·        Ensure registration and billing of service contracts in the system for EMEA 
·        Determines the status of returns, repairs, replacements, orders, delivery schedules, etc.
·        Prepare analysis regarding the country orders & backlogs
·        Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems.
·        Register extended warranties returned by customers
·        Regular database cleaning tasks
·        Will be involved in cross-organization projects


Required skills:
·        Degree level
·        1+ years of experience in order management OR procurement OR commercial administration is preferred
·        Fluency in French and English 
·        Good knowledge of MS Office
·        Customer Service oriented person
·        Proactive, precise and a good team player
·        Excellent communication and presentation skills


Advantages:
·        Working knowledge of Siebel and/or SAP systems is an advantage
