Consumer Experience Advisor (Dutch speaking)

Our client is one of the world’s largest luxury beauty brands. They are looking for a Dutch-speaking Consumer Experience Advisor to join their team in Budapest.


Main responsibilities:
  • Process consumer orders, providing information to enable cross-selling and upselling of products. Provide a “High-Touch” consumer service to customers
  • Communicate and collaborate with peers, management, and suppliers to achieve the desired outcome
  • Provide advice, answer questions, and promote brands in every interaction
  • Provide reports, resolve technical queries and undertake associated administrative activities
  • Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure a full resolution for the consumer/service and to ensure knowledge is maintained and current on brands, products, marketing, promotional events, and pricing
  • Highlight opportunities to improve processes and the consumer experience and communicate regularly with colleagues




Required skills:
  • The ability to take ownership of issues, prioritize and manage the workload effectively, have a flexible approach, be able to work independently, but also a team player
  • Previous experience and knowledge of systems and liaising with suppliers   
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and tasks
  • MS Office
  • Fluent communication skills both in written and verbal in English plus Dutch
