Conference & Event Manager

We are looking for a Conference & Event Manager for our dynamically developing multinational partner.

Main responsibilities:
  • Managing events, liaising with professional event organizers
  • Participating in professional exhibitions
  • Coordinating and producing marketing and communication materials
  • Planning, organizing, and coordinating advertisements and PR activities
  • Planning and monitoring advertising costs, concluding advertising contracts with clients
  • Coordinating the work of the marketing team
  • Designing a corporate image
  • Monitoring the economic, marketing, and advertising activities of competitors
  • Managing customer relationships

Required skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel and work on weekends
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Experience in managing large events 
  • Has an extensive network of contacts for large-scale events
  • Professional and positive attitude
