Commercial Manager (German speaking)

Currently, they are looking for a Commercial Manager with fluent German knowledge to join their team.


Main responsibilities:
  • Identifying commercial risk in sales opportunities 
  • Leading the commercial negotiation of terms and conditions for both new agreements and change control of existing agreements
  • Establishing strong working relationships with other functions to ensure a full understanding of the client proposal during the bid pursuit lifecycle 
  • Working closely with procurement to ensure back to backflow down of client negotiated terms and conditions to any third party provider who forms part of the proposal


Required skills:
  • 5+ years experience in a contract management role or other similar roles
  • Experience in the execution of contract management responsibilities 
  • Experienced contracts negotiator with a good understanding of key contract terms normally negotiated
  • Fluency in English and German
