Commercial Contract Manager (Spanish)

Our partner is a global information technology company that builds high-performance, security-centric solutions. 


Main responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial negotiation of terms and conditions for both new agreements and change control of existing agreements
  • Establish strong working relationships with Legal, Delivery, Finance, Procurement and other Global Enablement functions
  • Identifying commercial risk in a sales opportunity (new or existing client) 
  • Advising the bid pursuit team on the mitigation of such risks throughout the bid lifecycle
  • Strong client relationship management


Required skills:
  • Legal degree is preferred
  • 5+ years experience in a commercial/contract management role 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English 
  • SSC experience 
  • Experience in contract negotiations 
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Motivated, positive personality


Advantages:
  • Direct experience in the execution of contract management responsibilities in  IT Services environment is an advantage
