CMS Support Manager

Our market leader partner is a multinational company playing a huge role in the building materials industry. Their products are well-known globally. They work globally – with sales and manufacturing operations in more than 40 countries and around 11,500 employees worldwide. 
The Support Manager is part of the Global Web Development and Operations team. They are globally responsible for roll-out, support, and maintenance.
The team is the first line of support for regional web managers and market marketing coordinators across 40 markets, working as web editors in Sitecore and a few other digital tools.


Main responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the support team’s operation in India
  • Being the point of contact and escalation for the support team
  • Forwarding escalated issues to relevant stakeholders in and outside the organization
  • Bringing the solution back to the support team
  • Monitoring and improving support routines to make sure the team is  working efficiently
  • Monitoring support team’s performance by receiving and analyzing monthly performance reports, coming up with suggestions for improvements
  • Participating in other related project management tasks when capacity allows (primarily roll-out of new digital solutions)
  • Supporting campaigns
  • Managing content in Sitecore, setting up new landing pages/product pages for roll-outs
  • Working with the IT team closely





Required skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with content management systems on a superuser level
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Demonstrate a “can do” mentality
